Robert L. Kirton, Ed.D. | Master Builder
 

Dr. Robert L. Kirton brings over three decades of community service, including honorable service in the U.S. Navy and leadership in public education. His career includes roles as Professor of Educational Leadership, Executive Director of Schools, Area Superintendent, Principal, and a Master’s Level Building Construction Teacher. He now serves as DNA Educational Solutions CEO, specializing as a Leadership Coach, School Climate Specialist, Author, and Motivational Speaker. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Kirton has turned vision into results—founding a public charter school that graduated 100% of its Black male students, designing an Excel Academy that moved over-aged middle schoolers to on-time graduation, and building a Social Emotional Learning Climate System that substantially increased elementary reading scores. He has also secured over $100 million in grants and resources to strengthen schools and communities.
 

As a professor of educational leadership, Dr. Kirton has mentored countless

educators, principals, and superintendents toward earning their doctoral

degrees—shaping the next generation of transformational leaders. His

contributions have been recognized nationally, including the National FBI

Director’s Award for Community Leadership and Development. His work reflects a powerful vision for schools and communities where equity, achievement, and opportunity are the standard for all.
